Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the CFO, executive leadership, and Board materials, including variance analysis and trend recommendations.
  • •Support the annual global financial plan and rolling forecast updates by partnering with segment finance teams and owning the forecasting rollup tie-outs to plan and actual results.
  • •Provide investor relations support, including assistance with quarterly earnings presentations, press releases, scripts, and FAQ support.
  • •Develop financial models and perform sensitivity analysis on internal and external factors.
  • •Drive process improvements for forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and data visualization, including transition work to Central Finance and updates to reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or Masters is a plus.
  • •Experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, accounting, or auditing; corporate experience is a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and executing multiple work streams under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP BW SAC CFIN or similar systems is a plus.
