Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Treasure Data to build audience logic, data attributes, and customer segments for cross-channel marketing.
  • •Support email operations end-to-end: campaign setup, QA, audience deployment, and ongoing execution.
  • •Translate business requests into data requirements, serving as a conduit between consumer revenue and data teams.
  • •Design and optimize automated lifecycle journeys by defining eligibility logic, trigger criteria, and personalization strategies.
  • •Monitor audience segments and live campaigns, troubleshoot discrepancies across platforms, and complete monthly performance reporting documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, audience strategy, marketing operations, or customer data platforms.
  • •Fluency in SQL with working knowledge of HTML.
  • •Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation platforms, and ESPs (Treasure Data & Iterable preferred).
  • •Detail-oriented ability to manage multiple projects across stakeholders while understanding digital marketing.
  • •Ability to deep dive into metrics and data to diagnose problems, evaluate solutions, and propose KPIs.
