Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive construction project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
  • •Create and manage project schedules including critical path analysis, task sequencing, and resource allocation.
  • •Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors with scope and budget constraints.
  • •Monitor progress against planned schedules/milestones, identify deviations/delays, and implement corrective actions while reporting to management.
  • •Support budget preparation and cost estimation, implement cost control measures, and maintain project documentation including reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of project planning/project management experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Advanced understanding of project management principles to develop and oversee comprehensive construction project plans.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess requirements, dependencies, and create realistic timelines with critical path and resource allocation.
  • •Proficiency with project scheduling software/tools (Primavera Project Planner) and strong ERP knowledge (preferably SAP).
  • •Experience supporting budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost control for construction projects, including compliance with laws, regulations, codes, and permits.
