Job Summary

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety and environment (HSE) management systems for Victoria and Tasmania operations. Partner with regional leaders, project managers and employees to identify, manage and reduce risk, provide practical HSE advice, and assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting. Help maintain HSE records, knowledge-sharing processes, and injury/illness/claims management activities.

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Tasmania

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of HSE systems, processes and initiatives across the region.
•Provide timely, practical HSE advice to stakeholders and project teams.
•Assist with risk assessments, controls and management processes for routine operations and emergencies.
•Monitor HSE performance and support reporting and analysis activities.
•Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
•Return to Work Coordinator qualifications or experience.
•Experience working within a similar industry or organisational risk profile.
•Previous experience in a health, safety and environment role (desirable).
•Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.
