Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate end-to-end SKU lifecycle execution, including creation, extension, and end-of-life/inactivations.
  • •Act as the operational SPOC for SKU requests from Offering Managers and coordinate required steps with MDM and cross-functional owners.
  • •Track and drive closure of open requests using structured SLA management and cross-functional cadences, removing blockers and escalating risks.
  • •Support governance and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing simplifications and standard workflow/templates.
  • •Enable the community through training, office hours, and documentation; provide clear status updates, decisions needed, and next steps across time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Master Data, Supply Chain/Operations, Offering/Portfolio Operations, or a related role.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP/master data concepts and lifecycle activities is an advantage.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows and driving closure of action items across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret dashboards/KPIs and identify data quality issues.
