Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience applying AI/AI research and backend engineering, with a strong preference for an MS or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., CS or Statistics).
  • •Deep experience with LLM-backed products and evaluation workflows (e.g., LLM-as-judge, rubric-based evaluation, safety/red-teaming, offline vs online assessment) delivered into production systems.
  • •Strong backend engineering ability to build and own systems serving millions of users.
  • •Hands-on expertise across retrieval, ranking, and recommendation systems (e.g., collaborative filtering, embeddings, graph networks) with production experimentation rigor.
  • •Practical experience integrating recommendation/retrieval signals with LLM generation, plus causal methods (uplift modeling, treatment effect estimation, counterfactual evaluation) and experiment design.
