Job Summary

Lead the store’s visual merchandising and product strategy as part of the store leadership team. Drive visual standards, analyze performance data, ensure product recovery and restock, and deliver customer-ready presentation. Own planning, budgeting, and execution of in-store visuals, partnering with the General Manager and Visual Manager to meet KPI targets and brand guidelines.

•Oversee and execute key visual and operational processes on the sales floor to ensure visual standards and KPI targets are met.
•Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes in partnership with the Visual Manager.
•Own the visual direction from planning through execution, managing budgets and timelines to meet company expectations.
•Utilize reporting tools with management to identify opportunities for product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and implement changes as needed.
•Represent the store in a manner that aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles, and collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals.

•3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
•Proven ability to lead visual merchandising and store operations with strong planning and organizational skills.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard retail POS/reporting tools.
