•Discover and validate AI-native MarTech use cases that close ecosystem gaps before they become shadow IT
•Build and ship AI-native experiences across the GTM stack — agents, copilots, and workflow automation that span DevOps and Content Operation swimlanes
•Define the human-in-the-loop gates, measurement contracts, and governance policies that make autonomous AI writes safe in production
•Scale proven zero-to-one wins into reusable, configuration-driven agent capabilities— so adding a new AI workflow becomes a configuration change, not a new build
•Own the AI product development lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery and campaign intent through prototype, build, launch, monitor, and iterate
