Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end accountability for the product’s business performance, including financial results, operational outcomes, and long-term sustainability.
•Define success metrics, establish clear performance reporting and review rhythms, and translate results and learnings into informed adjustments to strategy, investment, and operating plans.
•Ensure close alignment by building key rituals and working relationships across the wider studio organization, the global publisher, parent company, and central teams.
•Develop and manage the annual calendar and rhythm of the business, including strategic planning, financial cycles, key stakeholder communications, and decision forums, while aligning long-term strategy, annual objectives, and project timelines.
•Partner with cross-functional leaders from game development and publishing to set a unified vision and mid-term strategy for the game to deliver on the growth ambition of the product.

Key Requirements

•15+ years’ experience in general management, including business strategy, organizational design/transformation, HR, financial management and reporting, facility management.
•Multiple years' experience leading a mid-size studio, game, or publisher.
•Experience in an Executive Producer or General Manager role for a game is strongly desired.
•Fluent in English.
•(post) Master’s degree in Business/Economics, Finance or Human resources.
