Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end accountability for the product’s business performance, including financial results, operational outcomes, and long-term sustainability.
  • •Define success metrics, establish clear performance reporting and review rhythms, and translate results and learnings into informed adjustments to strategy, investment, and operating plans.
  • •Ensure close alignment by building key rituals and working relationships across the wider studio organization, the global publisher, parent company, and central teams.
  • •Develop and manage the annual calendar and rhythm of the business, including strategic planning, financial cycles, key stakeholder communications, and decision forums, while aligning long-term strategy, annual objectives, and project timelines.
  • •Partner with cross-functional leaders from game development and publishing to set a unified vision and mid-term strategy for the game to deliver on the growth ambition of the product.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in general management, including business strategy, organizational design/transformation, HR, financial management and reporting, facility management.
  • •Multiple years' experience leading a mid-size studio, game, or publisher.
  • •Experience in an Executive Producer or General Manager role for a game is strongly desired.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •(post) Master’s degree in Business/Economics, Finance or Human resources.
