Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Senior Customer Success Architects to drive enterprise adoption of Atlassian’s Strategy Collection (Jira Align, Talent, Focus, and Rovo). You’ll manage executive-facing discovery, strategy-to-execution alignment, rollout governance, and measurable value realization across complex customers. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, Solution Architects, Support, Product, and regional leaders to remove adoption blockers, codify best practices, and translate customer patterns into enablement and product feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Senior Customer Success Architects to lead high-impact, time-bound enterprise engagements connecting strategy to execution and operationalizing executive visibility across portfolios.
•Lead and develop the team’s approach to discovery, solution design, rollout planning, governance design, and value realization using Jira Align, Focus, Talent, and Rovo.
•Coach and scale impact through prioritization, operating rigor, and cross-functional orchestration across customer stakeholders and internal teams.
•Partner with account teams, Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, Services, Support, Product, and other Success leaders to remove adoption blockers and create repeatable adoption patterns.
•Codify best practices, build reusable playbooks, translate field insights into enablement needs, and contribute customer patterns into product feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,400 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in customer success, solutions architecture, consulting, transformation, or technical advisory roles supporting enterprise customers with complex SaaS environments, including experience leading senior post-sales practitioners.
•Strong enterprise operating model expertise across portfolio management, strategic planning, PMO/transformation office motions, capacity/funding planning, governance, and executive reporting.
•Demonstrated solution depth with Atlassian offerings (Jira Align, Focus, Talent, Rovo, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Goals/Projects) and ability to coach others connecting product capabilities to process change.
•Track record guiding phased rollouts and stakeholder engagement plans to drive sustained adoption of new operating models.
•People leadership and coaching experience managing and developing senior customer-facing practitioners, setting priorities and creating accountability.
