Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and scale a DevOps and cloud platform engineering organization with a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Define and execute the roadmap for cloud infrastructure, platform automation, operational maturity, and engineering standardization across a multi-cloud ecosystem.
  • •Oversee secure infrastructure architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and policy-driven automation.
  • •Drive provider-agnostic infrastructure patterns and governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP; evolve configuration management and post-provisioning automation with Ansible.
  • •Establish reliability and DevSecOps practices: observability/telemetry, incident response and root-cause/problem management, disaster recovery readiness, and security-by-design controls.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years leading or managing technical teams in DevOps, infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform operations.
  • •Expert proficiency with Terraform, including module architecture, reusable patterns, state management, and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
  • •Strong hands-on automation skills using Python and Bash, including CI/CD transformation and infrastructure automation maturity.
  • •Demonstrated expertise securing and administering Unix/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and highly available cloud operations.
