Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control.
  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
  • •Control payroll and create service-driven scheduling to maintain a profitable location.
  • •Manage merchandise, inventory/shrink goals (including physical counts), and process incoming and outgoing merchandise while maintaining safe, healthy, compliant environments.
