Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the analysis and mapping of finance and related business processes at client organizations and assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • •Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance functionality to support client processes, controls, and reporting needs.
  • •Contribute to the implementation lifecycle including configuration, testing, and deployment activities, working closely with both onshore and offshore team members.
  • •Support solution quality by following agreed standards, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
  • •Provide functional support to end users, including assisting with training sessions, preparing documentation, and supporting issue resolution during and after go-live.
