Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage strategic direction and account plans for the Navy/NAVFAC account, including intelligence, positioning, and resource/investment allocation for growth.
  • •Maintain account performance visibility by tracking bookings and pipeline against monthly projections and reporting variances.
  • •Provide pursuit support through weekly Salesforce pipeline reviews, ensuring capture plans, teaming support, negotiation assistance, and major proposal ownership.
  • •Lead/manage key client relationships across Navy/NAVFAC regions, engineering commands, and related centers, including corrective actions and recovery monitoring for client satisfaction.
  • •Oversee compliance and risk activities by serving on JV boards, supporting FAR compliance, reviewing CPAR reports, resolving OCI issues, and coordinating communication across regions and business lines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned to AECOM's Business Lines and the Navy/NAVFAC client.
  • •At least 12 years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •US citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
  • •Experience coordinating and leading capture and sales activities across federal opportunities, with travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS as driven by projects.
  • •Highly desirable: Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA) and/or Master’s or PhD in a related discipline.
