•Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately while uncovering client needs.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities with referrals.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
