Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve food and drinks and replenish the buffet while working according to Kempinski standards.
  • •Support restaurant operations including bread, butter and water service, breakfast and à la carte service, and daily mise en place and buffet service.
  • •Perform welcoming duties for guests and provide attentive room service by taking orders and delivering in-room meals.
  • •Handle upselling during sales conversations and organise and distribute treatments in accordance with standards.
  • •Support operational readiness through loading trolleys, cashier duties using the Micros system, and cleaning work in the restaurant and office.
