Job Summary

Join the Food & Beverage team for the 2026/2027 winter season at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz. You’ll support restaurant and room service by serving guests, replenishing buffets, preparing and delivering in-room orders, and handling cashier tasks using the Micros system. The role includes weekly training, working to Kempinski standards, welcoming and caring for guests, and performing daily mise en place and cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve food and drinks and replenish the buffet while working according to Kempinski standards.

•Perform welcoming duties for guests and provide attentive room service by taking orders and delivering in-room meals.
•Handle upselling during sales conversations and organise and distribute treatments in accordance with standards.
•Support operational readiness through loading trolleys, cashier duties using the Micros system, and cleaning work in the restaurant and office.
