Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and financial performance for complex human capital solutions for major client change events.
  • •Serve as overall engagement leader and executive sponsor, coordinating multi-functional stakeholders, partners, and workstreams.
  • •Lead human capital M&A workplans and HR due diligence, and design integration, separation, value creation, and value capture plans across the HR operating environment.
  • •Own development and commercialization of differentiated Human Capital M&A solutions, ensuring market relevance, delivery quality, and profitability.
  • •Drive profitable growth through opportunity origination, proposal development, new client acquisition, and mentor/develop colleagues in the practice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • •Typically 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant exposure to global M&A and complex transaction/transformation environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of global M&A complexities and risks across buy-side, sell-side, carve-outs, and joint ventures.
  • •Expertise across Total Rewards / Human Capital domains (e.g., global benefits, compensation, talent, employment, HR operating model, culture, organization design, workforce and location strategy).
  • •Ability to lead executive-level relationships and complex multi-workstream client engagements with strong facilitation and executive presence.
