Security Coordinator, Guest Reception (Overnight shift)

Own overnight, 24/7 guest reception and security coordination at NBCUniversal’s Corporate Headquarters. Serve as the primary off-hours point of contact, handle front-desk customer service, and manage access control including onboarding/offboarding and badge authorization. Monitor activity, respond to incidents using established protocols, and maintain accurate shift documentation with clear handoffs to day teams. Support employee registration coverage and comply with security and operational procedures.
