Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • •Supervise on-site activities, scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to support efficient execution.
  • •Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks/issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • •Prepare and review project documentation (contracts, change orders, progress reports) and manage budgets/expenditures while ensuring safety compliance and HSE initiative support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in relevant experience.
  • •Strong construction knowledge of principles, methods, and materials.
  • •Proficiency with project management software/tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and professional degree for MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
