Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute risk-based control monitoring and testing across assigned products, processes, and services, evaluating control design and effectiveness.
  • •Develop control assessment schedules and execute continuous monitoring using KRIs/KCIs, data analytics, and automated monitoring.
  • •Maintain risk, control, test, and process inventories within governance systems and support RCSAs and risk identification.
  • •Author, track, validate, and report risk and control issues through remediation and closure, including root-cause analysis and governance updates.
  • •Provide risk and control guidance to business stakeholders and support audits, compliance reviews, examinations, and control assurance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of risk management experience.
  • •Experience supporting or leading risk projects across financial services, with focus on Treasury and Wholesale Payments (deposits, liquidity, cash management).
  • •Understanding of the regulatory environment and how product/service risks are viewed by the Second Line of Defense and regulators.
  • •Ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and actions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred).
