Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain consumer and basic business accounts and other products, including IRAs and certificates of deposit.
  • •Perform teller duties and financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and accurate currency/coin handling.
  • •Conduct financial conversations to determine client needs, process new consumer loan requests when applicable, and identify referral opportunities across business lines using 360 View.
  • •Maintain compliance with applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures; participate in volunteer and financial education efforts as needed.

Key Requirements
