Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service and building trust through accurate information and support.
  • •Train clients on treasury management products and bank services, troubleshoot issues, and assist with software and integration support.
  • •Support the Operations Manager with account opening/closing (including CDARS, ICS, credit/debit cards, checking, and money market accounts).
  • •Assist with payment research and lockbox inquiries, using daily reports to ensure processing of insufficient funds and non-posted transactions by deadlines.
  • •Use systems and tracking tools to stay organized, collaborate with the team to balance workload, and support association transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or a similar field.
  • •Entry-level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management products.
  • •Entry-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations.
  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
