Monitor and improve production in the Bakken, performing safety-sensitive well-site work and troubleshooting equipment. Operate and inspect production systems, including tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and flowback equipment, and maintain chemical injection rates. Enter and review production data, execute facility walkthroughs with MOCs and pre-startup safety reviews, and respond to alarms/on-call while driving strict HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Access remote well locations to check wells and maintain operating levels, pressures, and flow on separation equipment.
•Inspect wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and attached piping for leaks or unusual conditions and take corrective actions.
•Operate and troubleshoot compressors, flowing gas wells, gas lift wells, testing wells, and flowback/sand trap equipment.
•Maintain chemical injection rates and perform start-up and shut-in operations.
•Enter production data into computer databases and execute facility walkthroughs, MOCs, PSSRs, and respond to alarms after hours/on call.

•Currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of Watford City, ND.
