Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure grounds/yard surrounding the facility are well maintained under minimal supervision.
  • •Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, planting, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning to keep plants, shrubs, and trees healthy.
  • •Carry out minor exterior maintenance including sweeping/clearing sidewalks, painting, lightbulb replacement, and minor structural repairs.
  • •Assist others as requested in repair and maintenance of grounds and facility.
  • •Work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and safety requirements (including PPE).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • •Previous experience in landscaping is a plus.
  • •Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
  • •Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
  • •Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
