Customer Logistics Executive

Own end-to-end customer order fulfillment with key distributors, serving as the main escalation point for logistics and delivery service issues. Track logistics KPIs, manage order accuracy and on-time delivery, and coordinate with freight forwarders to improve cycle times. Support demand visibility through shipment reporting, S&OP input, risk assessments, and inventory actions. Drive customer excellence, service levels, and logistics contract compliance including LC processing.
