Key Responsibilities

•Execute van sales calls per journey plan to achieve sales targets and sell all SKUs.
•Develop/refine the route by reporting new outlets and closed outlets to the Sales Supervisor.
•Merchandise products and POS materials according to policy; deliver and display products to increase shelf space and off-take.
•Manage stock and returns: record outlet SKU stock, ensure correct loading, reconcile returned products with storekeepers, and manage store stock to avoid damaged returns.
•Complete invoicing and collections (including Temporary Credit invoices), perform daily MSFA endorsement, and review sales/KPIs against targets.

Key Requirements

•Minimum High School diploma.
•At least three (3) years of relevant experience in van sales.
•Minimum age 22 years and physically fit.
•Commercial aptitude and strong communication skills.
•Good at maintaining existing customer relationships and building new customer relationships.
