Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker by completing a 9-week onboarding and education program that rotates through operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, meet financial needs, and drive cross-selling. Process teller transactions, support Financial Center staff, use CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments, and coordinate referrals with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment partners while meeting production goals.

•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff while referring customers to assigned business partners for holistic solutions.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
