Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across business areas like ZMS, Size & Fit, and partner-facing tech teams. •Own the full recruitment journey for tech roles, from strategy briefing and screening to complex offer negotiations and closing.
•Develop direct sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top tech talent using multiple channels with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
•Manage stakeholder relationships with recruitment teams and senior leaders across business units to deliver recruiting results.
•Run full-cycle recruitment for a range of tech roles across seniority levels, including applied science, software engineering, data, and product management.
•Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience aligned with the employer brand and look for opportunities to improve it.
