Job Summary

Serve as an Engineering Technical Lead for Thermo King Digital sensor products, driving technical input across Quality/Delivery/Cost targets and product performance and safety requirements. Lead engineering projects through execution, design review gates, and problem-solving using engineering judgment, analysis, and innovation. Facilitate system and architecture design decisions, then guide integration, verification, and validation of sensor systems while coordinating with suppliers and partners.

•Provide technical leadership for Thermo King Digital sensor products, supporting QDC targets and meeting product performance and safety requirements.
•Lead projects through engineering processes to meet deadlines and communicate roadblocks.
•Design, develop, test, and approve products and engineering changes using defined engineering tools and processes.
•Own system/architecture design, evaluating tradeoffs and integrating components to meet new product requirements from Product Management.
•Lead integration, verification, and validation of sensor systems and coordinate with suppliers/partners for externally designed system integration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline (BA/BS).
•5+ years leading technical aspects of project design, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
•Ability to deliver and lead technical designs that meet project and product requirements.
•Experience applying engineering tools and processes to design, develop, test, and approve products and changes.
•Experience leading integration, verification, and validation of sensor systems.
