Estimating Supervisor

Lead and optimize the lumber estimating function, overseeing the full bid lifecycle from receipt through final handoff to production. Manage bid schedules, team workload, and performance to ensure accurate and timely material take-offs and competitive proposals. Establish standards for turnaround, accuracy, and quality while maintaining estimating systems and pricing databases. Partner closely with sales, purchasing, and operations to drive process improvements and support complex, high-value estimates.
