Key Responsibilities

  • •Create distributions using scattering tools such as Houdini or similar software.
  • •Follow supervisor and lead guidance while working on assigned tasks in a real production.
  • •Request revisions proactively after completing work and ensure technical requirements and QCs (Quality Control) are met before handoff.
  • •Acquire basic technical knowledge of the studio pipeline and manage your associated notes and tickets.
  • •Maintain schedule by learning to meet deadlines and notify the team if issues arise; support other team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently enrolled in your last year of an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
  • •Good knowledge of the software used for the show (usually Maya and Houdini).
  • •Must have a basic understanding of composition.
  • •Proficient writing and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • •Highly motivated and interested in animation and technology; English level desirable and Spanish knowledge desirable.
