Job Summary

Join a search and staffing team as a generalist recruiter managing full-cycle hiring across direct hire, executive search support, and temporary/contract staffing. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, run creative outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding. You’ll also support executive search initiatives and recruiting operations with research, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional project work.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire, temporary/contract, and project-based engagements.
•Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across a variety of functions and levels.
•Support executive search projects by conducting market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
•Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
•Maintain recruiting records in ATS/CRM and support recruiting operations reporting, documentation, and cross-functional projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of recruiting experience, with agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
•Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across professional, managerial, and/or executive-level roles.
•Exposure to direct hire, temporary/contract staffing, executive search, or RPO environments preferred.
•Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
•Proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
