Job Summary

Join Agoda's Growth and Accelerator team in Tokyo as a Partner Onboarding Specialist on a fixed-term 6‑month contract. You will onboard and support emerging accommodation partners, guide them through registration, share best practices, and help them use Agoda’s tools, while tracking activities and collaborating with teammates to grow Agoda’s supply network.

•Support new and developing accommodation partners with onboarding and basic account setup
•Reach out to partners to guide them through registration and next steps

•Track activities and updates in internal systems and follow clear daily priorities

Key Requirements

•New graduates or up to 2 years of work experience (no prior sales experience required)
•Native-level Japanese and business-level English (reading and writing)
•Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, email, internal systems)
•Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
•Clear and professional communication skills
