Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end DTC site merchandising strategy for assigned categories to drive revenue, CVR, AOV, and engagement.
  • •Build and execute data-led merchandising strategies across category pages, PLPs, and seasonal campaign landing experiences.
  • •Partner with Planning, Buying, Content, and Marketing to optimize product exposure based on demand, inventory health, and launch timing.
  • •Lead product ranking, navigation, filtering, and cross-sell strategies to improve discoverability and KPIs.
