Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as GDPR.
  • •Deliver expert, risk-based privacy guidance to the business on new products, initiatives, and operational changes.
  • •Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements and support privacy contracting and due diligence for onboarding third-party providers.
  • •Support data mapping and documentation of data processing activities, including conducting privacy impact assessments.
  • •Develop and maintain global privacy policies and notices, conduct privacy maturity audits, and support investigations or proceedings with data protection authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in data protection/privacy or related areas.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or comparable) in law or equivalent educational background.
  • •Certified expertise in EU privacy laws (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) is a plus.
  • •Excellent English skills; Polish, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated experience advising online technology/data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
