•Lead onboarding workshops for major clients and provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll admins on Alan’s dashboard.
•Manage complex onboarding processes including payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales, Engineering) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and proactively address issues.
•Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and identify potential challenges early, pushing relevant changes internally.
•Drive process improvements and tool optimization through project work outside regular duties.
