  • •Stand up and lead North America’s internal AI transformation effort, building strategy, prioritization, governance, and an operating model.
  • •Lead the Embedded AI Pod by setting priorities and guiding development of AI-enabled solutions that eliminate manual, repetitive work.
  • •Coach and mentor Embedded AI Analysts, helping early-career technical and business resources grow into strong builders and operators.
  • •Redefine and lead the AI Champions network mission, operating model, and success measures to enable scalable, self-sustaining adoption mechanisms.
  • •Serve as principal AI advisor to North America leadership and establish executive reporting to track adoption and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years with an advanced degree; or 2 years with a PhD).
  • •Experience leading AI-enabled workflow transformation and managing a high-performing team.
  • •Experience managing high-potential, early-career talent across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • •AI-native approach: using AI tools as a core part of daily work.
  • •Strong working knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, foundation models, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Microsoft AI solutions, Claude/Grok/OpenAI/Gemini, and agentic tooling).
