Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop product training programs and content aligned to SBU and local commercial team needs
  • •Create and execute local market training plans supporting sales growth and financial targets
  • •Manage the training budget and build achievable training plans using available training options
  • •Maintain and deepen product expertise (including construction and automotive tools) across trades, applications, safety, and competitor positioning
  • •Oversee daily operation of the training facility (equipment, safety, and activity tracking) and deliver internal and dealer training via face-to-face, digital, and live-stream methods
