Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell using provided leads while researching, reaching out to, and speaking with the right business decision-makers.
  • •Make outbound phone calls for extended periods using digital communication tools.

  • •Maintain documentation accuracy, support partner approval, and complete systems processing.
  • •Handle objections and keep organized call/sales records with useful information, ensuring fast-paced execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Be comfortable with 100% telesales, including making outbound calls via digital communication tools and being on the phone for extended periods.
  • •Communicate effectively in English; fluency in Malay (speak, read & write) is an added advantage.
  • •Be able to work with online business tools such as Google applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • •Be persuasive with objection handling skills, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced way.
  • •Be a strong relationship builder with a target-oriented mindset, resilience, and teamwork with willingness to learn.
