Job Summary

Support sales as a presales consultant by translating technical requirements into feasible, compelling solutions. Execute technical tasks to qualify opportunities, propose system architectures/configurations, and create proof of concepts and performance benchmarks for large deals. Leverage deep knowledge of RF/wireless, hardware-in-loop testing, and NI product capabilities (FPGA, embedded programming, PXI) while collaborating with sales, marketing, and internal R&D. Provide trainings and reusable assets for alliance partners.

•Act as a presales consultant working with Sales and customers.
•Help close business by executing technical tasks, including opportunity qualification and go/no-go decisions based on feasibility, effort, and risk analysis.
•Demonstrate NI product portfolio capabilities/limitations, track competitive products, and design integrated solutions using RF product specifications.
•Create and present proof of concepts and performance benchmarks supporting large sales opportunities.
•Provide sales assistance via joint customer visits, web-meetings, or conference calls; create reusable documentation/content and deliver customized trainings.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering.
•Experience in RF and wireless technologies for Aerospace and Defense supporting RADAR, satellite, and electronic warfare technologies.
•Experience in system testing, validation, or manufacturing test applications, including Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) testing and embedded system testing.
•Essential knowledge of real-time system testing in aerospace, automotive, or other mission-critical domains.
•In-depth knowledge of NI FPGA and embedded programming, plus essential knowledge of RF transmitter/receiver design, RF terminology, RF channel models, and MIMO radio systems.
