Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage operational initiatives, special projects, and client-driven continuous improvement plans.
  • •Act as liaison and escalation point for clients, including problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, and service change support.
  • •Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives and accelerate time to revenue.
  • •Drive problem and communication management for critical client issues, including notifying clients and leading recovery efforts for product and processing interruptions.
  • •Educate and train clients on best practices for Visa Commercial and Money Movement Solutions products, and engage Technology and Product teams to identify permanent solutions to recurring operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •Experience managing operational initiatives and special projects for clients in the payments or financial services industry.
  • •Experience acting as a liaison and escalation point for clients, including problem management and service change support.
  • •Experience coordinating internal resources to achieve business objectives and deliver operational account plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • •Experience educating and training clients on best practices for payment solutions and representing customer change requests to manage internal/external expectations.
