Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure EHS Standard Work is implemented and layered audits are conducted based on Trane Technologies business operating system (BOS) requirements.
  • •Manage and implement EHS Management System requirements across the region and support launch activities incorporating standard work.
  • •Implement Process Safety Management (PSM) at required locations, including competency, best practices, and interfacing with PSM consultants.
  • •Ensure systems monitor and achieve compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements, including audit preparation and closure of findings.
  • •Develop internal EHS and PSM resources, coach plant EHS teams on root cause analysis, and support incident/event reduction and leadership guidance on EHS performance trends.
