Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule with regular attendance, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • •Take a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment and perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance.
  • •Ability to read and follow instructions and enter information into computer/register screens.
