Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or GED required.
  • •2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • •Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve the customer relationship.
  • •Proven success building relationships and recommending/referring products and services in person and by phone.
  • •Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from NMLS.
