Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce detailed drainage development infrastructure designs and construction drawings for UK projects.
  • •Detail drainage infrastructure and perform hydraulic modelling as part of design deliverables.
  • •Plan and design deliverables against UK Engineering standards for each stage of a project.
  • •Support public and private sector clients with drainage-focused infrastructure design outputs.
  • •Engage in training and guidance provided for the role, while remaining flexible beyond drainage where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Good command of written and verbal English.
  • •Experience in drainage infrastructure design, including detailing and hydraulic modelling.
  • •Ability to solve problems with originality.
  • •High degree of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, MS Word, and MS Excel; Master of Science or bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering is required, with at least 3 years’ postgraduate experience (or equivalent) in infrastructure drainage projects.
