Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions in a timely, efficient manner while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound client outreach, checking for offers, and identifying needs or opportunities (including referrals).
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
