Oversee constructability during design for offshore FPSO/FSO projects, acting as a construction supervisor on smaller projects and coordinating a team of designers. Responsible for construction execution plans, QA/HSE adherence, and developing onshore/offshore integration work packs, while ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress across medium to large-scale oil & gas assignments.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to and prepare Construction execution plans for medium to large-sized projects.
•Review client contract specifications and prepare project construction specifications (e.g., Fabrication, Piping).
•Ensure QA and HSE procedures are understood, in place, and enforced by construction personnel.
•Plan and analyze progress, assess situations, and initiate corrective actions; write weekly progress reports.
•Coordinate with construction personnel and supervise training and development as appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or technical college diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or Materials Science.
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Engineering and/or Construction and/or Project Management in the oil & gas industry, with particular emphasis on offshore facilities such as FPSO/FSO/FLNG, etc.
•Preferably with either a mechanical or structural background.
•Fluent in spoken and written English.
