Provide guest-facing ticketing support at the will call window by handling phone and in-person inquiries, cash transactions, and opening/closing procedures. Maintain excellent customer service and guest relations while operating the ticket program on a computer for sales. Use phone etiquette and basic computer/POS knowledge to process check-out, handle paperwork, and assist in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
