Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and maintain electrical distribution circuitry and electrical life-safety/emergency systems across the property.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and conditional based maintenance (CBM) following manufacturers’ guidelines and property manuals.
  • •Maintain and repair lighting fixtures and electrical wiring/control systems, including transformers, generators, and energy management-related systems.
  • •Ensure safe work practices, use required PPE, and perform required duties during building emergencies.
  • •Provide shift coverage, keep areas clean before/during/after work, maintain tools/equipment and calibration, and teach/train others.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete assigned tasks independently with no supervision.
  • •Work in a facilities maintenance electrical trade for at least 6 years and attend a trade school or upper education.
  • •Maintain property systems per facilities maintenance procedures, including electrical distribution and related hotel facility areas.
  • •Use and maintain electrical tools and equipment (e.g., amp meter, multimeter, insulation tester, crimping and cable joint tools) and keep tools/calibration updated.
  • •Support safe operations, including work during building emergencies and shift coverage as assigned.
