Development & Performance Engineering Manager

Lead major equipment selection and performance assessments for power generation projects, including gas-fired simple/combined cycle facilities, wind, solar, and battery systems. Work with project developers, finance, and environmental teams to optimize plant configurations and support development activities like financial modeling and permitting. Engage with OEMs, review performance requirements/penalties in contracts, and use heat/mass balance tools to guide emerging technology and plant upgrade decisions.
